This year come and celebrate Brooklyn's fabulous diversity. Chez Oskar offers a 'Dine in Brooklyn' menu from March 15th through March 25th for dinner with an array of choices. Chef Octavio put together a special menu, playing  the palette piano, to either keep you in the hood or lure you over the bridges to a place beyond compare: Fort Greene. 3 COURSES, QUALITY FOOD, NO ATTITUDE ON THE SIDE
